Declaring the Word of God over our lives is a powerful thing. Proverbs 18:21 tells us, “The power of life and ​​de​ath are in the tongue.” That’s serious!

The words we speak literally bring us life … or bring us death. So we need to make the decision to speak LIFE – the Word of God.

Mark 11:23 ... says … “For assuredly, I [Jesus] say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.”

Again we can see how important and how powerful the words we speak are.

​

Romans 10:17 tells us that, “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” As we continue to speak God’s Word, faith will rise up, and plug us right into our answer!

So let’s start speaking the Word of God over our lives. Let’s stop speaking the bad situations or bad circumstances. Let’s keep our focus on the Lord – He’s our answer. Let’s speak His Word instead of the problem – let’s speak life instead of death.
